Subprocessors

Last updated October 20, 2026

To provide Salesmortem, we use the third-party providers below, which may process personal information on behalf of our customers (our "subprocessors"). Each one is bound by a data processing agreement with us that requires it to protect personal information to the standard set out in our Data Processing Agreement, and to use it only to provide its service to us.

HubSpot is listed above for our own sales and support. Our customers' own CRMs, whether HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, aren't subprocessors: customers connect their CRM accounts to Salesmortem, and we read from them on their instructions.

Changes to our subprocessors

Before we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and email the account owners of our paid workspaces at least 30 days in advance, so they can object as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
